What does “30%” mean?
The 30% refers to the profit (net profit) from the sale of Viva-Hayat products, i.e., revenue minus cost of goods sold, shipping, payment fees, taxes, and operating expenses. We disclose the calculation basis.
How we select recipient organizations
We donate exclusively to verified non-profit organizations that provide humanitarian aid directly on the ground. Criteria: verifiable work in the region, transparent use of funds, the lowest possible administrative overhead, and no political or religious affiliation in the provision of aid.
As we report
On our news page, we provide links by region to the humanitarian organizations that receive our donations and provide a weekly summary of the situation on the ground. As soon as donations have been made, we provide transparency regarding the recipient organizations and the time period.
Legal Notice
Donations are made on a voluntary basis and do not establish any legal entitlement for buyers with regard to specific recipient organizations. Viva Hayat reserves the right to change recipient organizations if there are indications of misuse of funds or if an organization ceases its operations.
The stated amounts refer to the net profit of the respective reference period, calculated in accordance with commercial law principles. Subject to change.
